I love seeing everyone's posts here about the ways they approached their weight loss. While so many of us think about it in classic ways (like food as fuel that allows our body to go or TDEE as a calorie bank account where we have to budget wisely), I know I also have some goofy ways that I think about my daily habits.
For instance, I think of water as "weight loss juice" a la Michael's Secret Stuff in Space Jam, haha. Everytime I drink it, I pretend like it is making me lose weight, even though I know it's just making me less hungry by filling up my stomach. Do you guys have any weird, off-the-wall, or dorky ways that you think about this journey?
