I've been steadily losing since March through CICO and starting a new job where I've had to walk up two flights of stairs multiple times a day. The problem is, I find it really hard to keep myself motivated and envision how much I've actually lost.
In order to do this, I use average dog weights! It's been great going from a miniature poodle right through to currently a corgi. Or apparently the average honey badger, which isn't a dog, but the image makes me laugh.
I didn't think 25 pounds was that much but knowing I'm a whole honey badger lighter really makes it feel like more of an achievement. I also like that when I've hit my goal weight I'll have lost the equivalent of a Vizsla, so I can stand next to my dad's dog and tell people that's how much weight I lost.
