I started my weight loss journey on November 30th, 2017. I cut down to 1500cal or less per day, with the help of Phentermine and Topamax. After taking them for 5 months, I lost the last 5 pounds on my own and I’ve been maintaining for the last 2 months or so.

My diet: *cut out all caloric drinks and I now drink only water, Coke Zero Sugar, and no cal/no sugar Monster *limited intake on bread *cut out cookies/cake/ice cream except for Halo Top *tried to regularly eat 3 meals per day *common foods: chicken, lean beef, beans, whole grains, salad, almonds, rice cakes, peanut butter, hummus, pretzels

My exercise: *HIIT cardio videos on YouTube *walking my dogs 2-3 times per week
