I'm interested in self improvement style books on weight loss, getting into running, battling food addiction, binge eating, etc.
I'm also interested in books that maybe aren't about weight loss but are about overcoming mental hurdles or changing habits.
I am a very anxious person so I'm definitely interested in kind of.. Catch all mental health and life bettering content.
I haven't wanted to delve too hard right into them because I imagine a lot of books might peddle misinformation or actually be trying to sell something, plus I'm not sure of what's out there! I have a huge university library that has every book under the sun and realized I haven't taken any books out yet!
Anyone have any good ones that you've read and might recommend?
