I haven't taken a lot of selfies during the weight loss, I took this today and I didn't believe I actually look that thin! The wife said yes you really do look that thin. I'm very proud of what I've been able to do with hard work and dedication to a healthy diet, and adding exercise and lifting last week. Now to lose the rest of the belly fat.
I've just been counting calories, eating to a 800 calorie deficit per day, sometimes 1000 just because I'm busy at work. I'm fairly active at work and now I go to a gym 3-4 times a week. I eat lower carb but not keto at all. I don't drink sugary crap and drink plenty of water.
